    Unlike the custom of the duchy, that of the county of Burgundy has only been the subject of a very limited number of commentaries, and Dunod de Charnage's is clearly the best. Particular emphasis should be placed on the crucial passages concerning company law, which, far from being a mere customary commentary, can be considered a veritable treatise on the subject of truly remarkable quality.
