    Pierre de Font-Réaulx's personal copy of the collections of texts relating to the Council of State. The original volume is a major source for analyzing the institution in the 19th and early 20th centuries, as it contains all the applicable legal provisions. The two addenda, and in particular the 1940 addendum, also offer a reasoned overview of all the legislative and regulatory provisions that modified the institution's operation during the war. It should also be noted that these personal copies are supplemented by a number of working documents: proposed amendments to regulatory texts, draft decrees in the form resulting from the Council of State's review… in short, a very interesting collection.
