    This is an interesting source for two reasons: Firstly, it is one of the most comprehensive texts on the jurisdiction of the Presidents up until the classic treatise by Cézar-Bru. Secondly, it is a very valuable indicator of the jurisprudence of the Tribunal de la Seine and the methods it implemented in this area, jurisprudence which is otherwise little published.
