Also of note were the contributions of Jean-Jacques Daigre, on the civil liability of the EJ (Judicial Expert), and Jean Pradel, on the criminal liability of the EJ, both Professors at the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences at Poitiers; and Mr. Olivier, on the disciplinary liability of the EJ, Advisor to the Court of Cassation.
