    This was the first truly groundbreaking treatise on bankruptcy law, published just after the decree of May 20, 1955, which repealed almost all the articles of Title III of the Commercial Code, entitled “Bankruptcies and Bankruptcies,” as well as the law of March 4, 1889, on judicial liquidation. It is also worth noting that the author participated directly and very actively in the commission for the reform of the Commercial Code and company law, and more specifically as a member of the bankruptcy commission. A rare find.
