    A pamphlet studying the Nile, that is, the complete treatise on Abd el Aziz Ben Ibrahim, authored by Sheikh Abd el Aziz Ben Ibrahim, born around 1754 and died in 1809. It was a compilation of earlier treatises that were very difficult to obtain until the end of the 19th century, as they circulated only in manuscript form within families. This legal system governed most of Algeria, and the author provides here the first study of inheritance laws within this system. A rare text.
