“These rulings are written in a very clear and precise manner. De Grainville states that his collection contains only rulings he witnessed in the court of which he was a member, and presents, as decided matters, only those that were pure and unaltered by factual means.” Dupin, ref. 1329. This edition, the only one published during the author's lifetime, is missing from Cujas (1758) and is only available in two university research libraries (Nancy and Toulouse 1).
