    in-12, full mottled brown calf of the period, p. of title. fawn, spine with 5 raised bands decorated with fleurons and gilt geometric motifs, mottled edges, handwritten Ex-Libris and indication of purchase: "Purchased in Toulouse on August 4, 1754 at the price of twelve sols", (slight damage to edges and joints, trimmed a little short at the head), very good condition, 288 p.
    While commentaries on D'Aguesseau's ordinances are quite frequent, particularly those of Serres, those concerning public auctions are especially rare. This is all the more true given that this particular example is from Amsterdam and Montpellier.
