    “I chose this theme because I believe that, on a daily basis, notaries are at the heart of society, where they are not merely observers but, above all, key players. Every day, in our offices, we meet clients grappling with these issues: new families, blended families after their often difficult breakdown… It's essential to navigate a separation successfully before considering building a new family unit. What role does the stepparent play? What about new forms of procreation? Furthermore, our clients are aging and consult us to find solutions for remaining in their homes as long as possible: how to manage their assets to adapt their housing for aging? What social assistance is needed? Should children be involved? Finally, digital technology is permeating our daily lives, both personally and professionally: are we heading towards the “uberization” of law? Will clients still come to our offices to sign legal documents?” How is the transmission of a person's digital data organized? Is digital death addressed by law? In short, these are all questions to which the notarial profession can and must provide concrete answers to its citizens.
