    Between pages 34 and 35, there is a fold-out plate documenting the borders of Poland around 1771. Similarly, between pages 88 and 89, there is a map depicting the borders between Poland and Germany, using a second transparent map placed over the first. Two other fold-outs are attached to the back of the book. The first shows a map of the administrative regions of East Prussia, West Prussia, Poznań, and Silesia. The second map depicts both the borders of Poland in 1771 and the partition of the country by Russia, Prussia, and Austria between 1772 and 1795.
