A lawyer at the Court of Cassation, he published a collection and then a yearbook of administrative case law, offering an alphabetical (rather than chronological) and not uninteresting personal classification of emerging administrative litigation, and in particular a careful highlighting of the legal problems encountered by the judge.” (M.
