    A working copy, entirely in its original wrapper, which comes from the 3rd edition, itself only a second printing of the second. It is noteworthy for having received numerous corrections compared to the previous edition; the title "Contracts" has been expanded to include "Engagements Without Agreement" and a completely updated table of contents. Subsequent editions added only the treatise on the marriage contract and the respective rights of spouses. Despite the nature of its binding, this edition possesses the particular and rare quality for Toullier (see cat. MDD no. 10-86) of being perfectly uniform.
