    A very rare short text compiled under the direction of Rondonneau, gathering all the texts from the revolutionary period concerning inheritance law, and in particular those reforming the previous legal system (abolition of primogeniture, modernization of wills, abolition of substitutions, contractual gifts in the direct line, and the inheritance of illegitimate children). The table of contents provides a reasoned exposition of the content of these various texts. This is very useful since all of these provisions would later be incorporated into the Civil Code and their formal source would not survive. Rare.
