    The son of the renowned criminal lawyer, the author has the distinction of having been both a professor of law and a senior legal advisor at the Council of State. In this handwritten document (which would be republished a few years later), he offers, in particular, a reflection on the organization of civil liberties and the social structures established after the Liberation. But it is also an excellent study of public service law. Quite rare.
