A rare pamphlet, published by the future director of the European Censor, stigmatizes Bonaparte's return at the beginning of the Hundred Days, specifically focusing on his inability to guarantee respect for any Constitution he might enact. It is worth noting that the author would later have the opportunity to test the Restoration's hardly more liberal stance on this issue, as the European Censor was banned and imprisoned for it (see, in particular, cat. MDD no. 14-98 for a collection of pamphlets relating to this affair).
