    Précieux recueil consacré à la réformation du droit fiscal sous Louis XIV. Pour ce qui concerne la gabelle on sait que l’ordonnance publiée, complétée en 1685, 1703 et 1706 attesta à la fois de l’unification du régime de la fiscalité du sel mais aussi des discriminations entre les provinces puis qu’elle faisait apparaître 6 zones fiscales aux régimes différents. Quant au tarif de 1664 il constitue la première tentative d’unification douanière inférieure réalisée par Colbert. Ce tarif subsista jusqu’à la Révolution (Sueur T. II, P. 355). État d’usage.
