    This interesting pamphlet attempts to justify the need to compensate the nobles who emigrated during the Revolution for the value of their properties sold as National Assets. Beyond a logical argument based on the fact that, with the Revolution over, it is necessary to end all its effects, the author justifies his proposal with economic considerations, believing that this compensation would generate tax revenue through increased land transactions and would therefore not be costly for the State.
