    Péquignot must be reread! In administrative contract law, there is a before and an after Péquignot. By seeking to establish a "general theory" of these contracts, the young author subtly but radically opposed all previous doctrine, from Perriquet to Jèze, which conceived only of "named administrative contracts," such as public procurement contracts, concessions, or contracts for services.
