    Perhaps somewhat forgotten, because it did not achieve the same widespread publication as other textbooks, Laferrière's work nevertheless has the major merit of being one of the most insightful readings of the 1946 Constitution, before the debates surrounding it were obscured by practices that led to its devaluation. This rare text is presented here in its latest edition.
