    This collection comprises two major texts, one by a future Vice-President of the Council of State, the other by a future President of the Litigation Section. The first, along with Grégoire's work, constitutes one of the essential sources of civil service law immediately following the drafting of the 1946 statute. The second, which has become legendary, is the first edition of "Administrative Litigation," which in its final edition would comprise up to six volumes, and whose initial substance is captivating to rediscover here. It has become extremely rare (and is lacking in Cujas's collection).
